Another factor to consider is the height and features of your home. An example would be a house completely trimmed in Cement Fiber, which does chalk if you do not purchase the correct paint and apply enough of it. Some houses in Coastal Areas are already on 15+ft Stilts (off ground) and then another 20ft high at times. This requires rental equipment and careful cost estimation based on the difficulty of the overall project, The best advice that I can give is to get several estimates in your area and make a decision a couple of weeks afterwards. You will "weed out" per se the individuals that do not have the patience to finish a project that was started-as well as those who haggle you for payment (sometimes daily) before project is completed. I have heard some wild stories from a lot of Homeowners. Common sense and your intuition will make you aware of anyone that you should not hire. Denver Home Painters
Use spray paint to refinish your old bicycle or give any surface a new finish - glitter, mirror or just a new solid color. A fresh coat of concrete paint on a basement walls can make a huge difference. Protect your garage floors from dirt and stains with an epoxy paint. Don’t forget your bookshelves — douse them with some furniture paint to make them look new, again. Denver House Painters
Because of our wet/cold weather, another painter was booked out through August as of May 7th, 2016.  Anyone even thinking about a VA loan refi should get estimates for painting and pest inspections BEFORE starting on the loan paperwork, otherwise you will have difficulty getting painting and inspections done in a timely manner (and it is my understanding this is common with VA loans.)   Denver Home Painters
I have done business with this company (Wendell) for a number of years spending thousands of dollars. Most jobs were done by handshake, paying cash without a receipt from Wendell. I recently had back surgery in February and needed safety rails installed in both bathrooms. Upon installing, I paid $400.00 cash to Wendell.  He also took a partial cabinet of mine for repair. A few days later, the physical therapist came out and noted that the bars were loose in both bathrooms and were declared dangerous for me to use. I placed repeated phone calls to Wendell and left messages to which he would not return my phone calls. The lady who answered the phone said he would call me back but never did. I had to pay someone else to repair the bathroom bars at additional expense to me. I called a few weeks ago and he actually answered the phone. I asked him about the cabinet and requested he return it "as is". He replied he had it and disconnected the phone call. I would advise that NO ONE would use this company. The work is poor and he request cash without a receipt. BEWARE. Denver Home Painting
"I have really enjoyed working with Tom and his 5N Home Renovation Team! Throughout my project, Tom has been mindful of my budget as a first time home buyer, without sacrificing quality or cutting corners on the work. After his team completed cutting and installing crown molding/quarter round and painting all the trim work in my house, I called him back to get an estimate on some other work I need done. I’m excited for him and his team to begin that project this week! I have appreciated how responsive and patient Tom has been when I’ve had questions or concerns throughout the project and his willingness to stop by to double check measurements and that he fully understands my vision."
